Some brands don't just sell cars. They sell belonging.
Lead Car isn't just a Chevrolet dealership. In Central New York, it's a fixture — the kind of place where families have been buying their first cars for generations, where the salesperson knows your name and probably your dad's too.
The brief wasn't to make an ad. It was to make a film that showed what that actually feels like — the cultural roots, the community ties, the idea that walking into Lead Car is less of a transaction and more of a homecoming.
We built the entire creative around real moments of connection — families, neighbours, the kind of warmth that can't be scripted but can absolutely be captured if you know how to look for it. My job was to make sure the camera was in the right place when those moments happened.
What came out wasn't a dealership commercial. It was a portrait of a community that happens to love its cars. And the client felt seen in every frame of it.
