Seven states. Fifteen days. One very patient crew.
Sachin Tendulkar has 130 million followers across his socials. When he posts, people stop scrolling. Getting him in front of a camera and making the footage worthy of that audience is a different kind of pressure than most productions ever face.
The brief: document a BMW motorcade across seven states in southern India, over fifteen days, with a crew of fifteen people and a timeline that left almost no room for error.
What I remember most is day four — a location in Tamil Nadu, golden hour closing fast, the light doing exactly what you'd hope for exactly once. I made the call to hold the convoy, redirect the crew, and grab twenty minutes of footage that wasn't on the original shot list. It ended up opening the film.
The series ran across Sachin's platforms and BMW India's channels — landing in front of 130 million people already primed to pay attention. The films held that attention. Which is always the harder part.
